TradeCore provides access to an investment and trading platform operated by . Membership gives you a personal balance, trading terminals, investment plans and settlement tools. It does not give you ownership of the platform or any claim on its assets beyond the balances recorded in your account.
Trading leveraged instruments carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your deposited funds. Investment plan payouts are profit shares funded from platform trading revenue; they are not guaranteed interest, deposits or savings, and the operator may suspend new subscriptions or reduce plan rates. Never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and complete identity verification when requested. We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, attempt to manipulate the platform, or operate as a duplicate or fraudulent account.
Deposits are credited once the platform can confirm receipt of funds. Withdrawal requests are held in escrow while processed and may be declined where a risk check fails; declined requests are returned to your balance in full. Settlement delays can occur where a payment network, bank or blockchain requires additional review.
Referral commission is a fixed percentage of qualifying deposits by members you referred, paid at the rates published in your referral centre, for the levels configured by the operator. Commission does not accrue from your own deposits or from any activity that has been reversed, charged back or refunded.
Automated abuse, credential sharing, price manipulation, wash trading, arbitrage against platform pricing, spamming and any attempt to interfere with the platform's operation are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and closure of the account.
The operator may amend these terms, fee levels, plan rates and limits. Material changes will be announced in the member area before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
